Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a Vinyasa Style Yoga practice that links asana poses with breath to achieve a continuous flow of movement. Sequences shift between slower- and faster-paced transitions to build awareness, strength and flexibility. The magic of this class is found in the variety!

Barre Flow

Barre Flow is a low impact, muscular endurance class that combines elements of ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates. This energizing class focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements with a variety of props, including light weights, resistance bands, and more. This class will leave you feeling sweaty and tones, all to the beat of a fun playlist in an encouraging environment!

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a mix of power yoga and strength training, resulting in a faster-flowing class that incorporates hand weighs and high-intensity cardio bursts. Expect to be up and down on your mat with plenty of sun salutations! This full-body workout class is characterized by fun music and a playful sequence, making savasana feel extra divine!

Participants are welcome to put down the weights at any time or adjust their speed during cardio to best serve their body and practice.

Restore

Otherwise known as "Restorative Yoga," our Restore class is a passive, meditative form of Yoga in which props support the body in extended periods of time to aid in stretching and the release of tension. You'll be on the mat for most of the class and holding each asana for longer than other yoga styles. This is a relaxing, serene practice for all levels of experience! All props are provided.

Funky Flow & Restore

This Friday night class is designed to kick off your weekend! Let go and have fun with a flow that encourages you to move to the music before transitioning to a restorative yoga practice to end the class fully relaxed.
