Grownups are essential!
By moving and playing alongside their little ones, caregivers help model healthy habits and build lasting bonds through shared experience.
Whether we're flying like butterflies or growing strong like trees, Little Yoga Explorers is a heartwarming way to connect, calm, and celebrate the magic of early childhood — together. ✨
Meet Our Teachers:
Miss Racheal is a certified elementary teacher helping young learners grow through creativity, curiosity, and movement. She brings a joyful, nurturing energy to every class and loves creating a space where little ones feel supported and seen. With a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for social-emotional learning, Miss Rachael makes every yoga adventure both fun and meaningful!
Miss Danie joins us with a rich background in childcare and early education. She brings patience, fun, and a deep understanding of how children grow and learn through movement and connection. Danie is currently pursuing her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology at St.
Elizabeth University, adding even more insight to her thoughtful approach with young children.
Miss Trina will occasionally sub in! She’s the owner of Atlas Yoga and Movement, a Licensed Massage Therapist, mom of an adventurous 4-year-old, and has over 20 years of experience teaching movement and dance to children. Her classes blend creativity, developmental support, and play in a way that feels truly magical.
✅ All instructors have up-to-date clearances to work with children.
