Come stretch, move, and grow together in Little Yoga Explorers — a joyful, imaginative class designed for our youngest yogis and their loving grownups! 🌿

Rooted in the principles of yoga and mindfulness, this playful program supports early development through:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Creative movement & yoga-based play

  • 🎶 Songs, rhymes & storytelling

  • 🎨 Simple crafts & themed adventures

  • 🧸 Props that spark imagination and fun

Each week offers a new journey that helps children:

  • 🌟 Feel and name their emotions

  • 🌬 Practice mindful breathing

  • 💪 Build body awareness & confidence

  • 🧠 Strengthen early cognitive & social skills

  • ❤️ Deepen connection with their grownup

This 45-minute class offers a gentle rhythm and nurturing structure — while leaving plenty of room for curiosity, laughter, and self-expression.

Grownups are essential!

By moving and playing alongside their little ones, caregivers help model healthy habits and build lasting bonds through shared experience.

Whether we're flying like butterflies or growing strong like trees, Little Yoga Explorers is a heartwarming way to connect, calm, and celebrate the magic of early childhood — together. ✨
