Trina Shumsonk

Owner

Yoga & Barre Instructor

Licensed Massage Therapist

Trina Shumsonk discovered yoga while studying acting and dance, inspired by performing arts teachers who wove it into their classes. After more than a decade living and practicing in New York City, she returned to her roots in Bucks County, becoming a certified yoga instructor and later a licensed massage therapist to care for both her own body and others.

Passionate about weaving yoga into everyday life, Trina teaches Vinyasa Flow, Barre Fitness, and dance, often infusing her classes with what she calls “little seeds of intention” — simple ideas to cultivate joy, freedom, and growth. She holds a BA in Acting and continues to choreograph and teach throughout the tri-state area.

As the owner of Atlas Yoga and Movement in Fairless Hills, PA, Trina offers yoga, barre, massage therapy, pop-up classes, and partnerships with local businesses, along with handmade bags and yoga accessories. Off the mat, she’s a proud mom of an adventurous little human. She  loves sewing, gardening, traveling, and working as an actor and choreographer.

Her favorite yoga pose? Downward-Facing Dog.
