Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund or account credit, cancellations must be made at least:

​

• 4 hours in advance for in-studio classes

• 24 hours in advance for massage appointments

• 48 hours in advance for events, including pop-up dance classes

• ​

For reservations made using a class package or membership, the credit will be returned to your account package or memberships when the cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation window.

Cancellations made after these timeframes are considered late cancellations and will forfeit the payment or reservation credit.

Making Changes or Cancellations

You can make changes to or cancel your reservation directly through your Vagaro account profile up to 48 hours before your reservation.

If you need to make a change or cancellation within 48 hours of your reservation,

please call or text the studio at 267-540-8508.

This allows our team to respond promptly and help with your reservation.
