Trina’s yoga and barre classes are great! I also attended one of her Yoga and Beer events! The yoga class was a perfect all-levels class with lots of modifications offered throughout and it was fun to hang with friends for a drink after class!

This is such a great yoga studio! Trina and the rest of her staff are excellent instructors. I started going and taking some yoga classes for help with pain management and it really helped my progress. The studio has a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. I took the flow classes which allowed me to modify the poses I had trouble with. I'd highly recommend for beginners or people who have been practicing for a long time.

I recently tried the 90 min Hot Stone Massage at Atlas Yoga and Movement, Trina made the entire experience wonderful. Trina asked me questions before we started to ensure I had the best experience. I have had many massages over the years, Trina by far is the best I have ever had. I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment. The Yoga and various classes are excellent as well. Trina is a wonderful instructor! The space that Trina has created at Atlas Yoga and Movement is truly amazing, serene and inviting. I enjoy it every time I walk through the doors. I've known Trina for a few years now and was so excited to hear that she was getting her own studio! Her space is amazing, very clean and organized, and just as welcoming as she is.
I recently had the privilege to have a massage with Trina and it was everything I needed. She listens to your needs and makes the massage room a warm and inviting space to relax and decompress in. I'm a personal trainer and powerlifter, so I'm a bit rough on my body with 20k steps a day and heavy lifts 4x a weeks. After an hour on her table I felt relaxed, rejuvenated , and ready to get back to gym pain free. Truly looking forward to my next session with her .
