👉 Classes are open to ages 15 and up. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. We believe the practice of yoga and movement can be a positive, supportive experience for teens. Our studio is an adult environment, and we kindly ask that the space remain free from disruptions so all participants can fully enjoy their practice.

All of our classes are open level—welcoming both beginners and experienced students. Our teachers are skilled at offering options, variations, and modifications so you can practice in the way that best supports your body.

Yoga Flow
Blends breath and movement in a Vinyasa-style class that builds awareness, flexibility, and strength. Each class is a little different—sometimes slow, sometimes energetic—but always focused on helping you connect to your body.

Yoga Flow & Restore
A balance of movement and rest. We begin with a flowing sequence of postures linked with breath—sometimes slow and grounding, other times more dynamic—to build strength, flexibility, and awareness. Then we shift into a 15–20 minute restorative practice, supported by props, to melt away tension and reset the nervous system.

Funky Flow & Restore
Our $10 Friday night “happy hour” class! Expect playful movement, somatic release, and even a few dance moves—all followed by restorative poses and deep rest.

Gentle Yoga
A slower-paced class perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to relax and reconnect through mindful movement, breathwork, and calming meditation.

Yin Yoga
Features long-held, floor-based poses that work into the deep tissues and fascia. This meditative practice creates space for stillness, release, and emotional reset—a perfect complement to more active yoga styles.

Barre
A dynamic, fitness-forward practice that blends ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates, and light-weight strength trainingfor a full-body workout. Props like dumbbells, therabands, sliders, kettlebells, and Pilates balls keep things playful while helping you feel the burn. While barre builds heat, strength, and endurance, we also weave in yogic values—honoring your own practice, cultivating breath awareness, and moving with mindfulness. Each class begins with intention setting and closes with savasana, leaving you balanced in body and mind.
